Bill Bancroft looks to build companies and organizations and delights in pulling teams together to solve complex issues. In the process, he’s always on the lookout for ways that make a real difference in the lives of the people he works with. He is the founder and Principal of Conbrio. He has 18 years experience in leading strategy development and facilitating problem-solving projects with diverse groups of people across professional lines.  Bill is a long-time Dallas resident, married, with two grown children. Perhaps his most important away-from-work activity is working with the people in Santa Cruz Arriba outside the capital city of Tegucigalpa, Honduras.
